I actually just recently wrote about this on my social media feeds of like, there was this one session that it was literally like lying on the floor, like having to breathe into my belly and like, imagine what is in there. I also support individuals in like, okay, how do we get more people to know about your message and put it out there and how do we get more people to know about you? Is there another tool in your toolbox, like your self-care tool box that could satisfy the emotional hunger in a different way that will actually satisfy you more? And that's why I think that this is why these movements are so important because it's kind of just saying, okay, I embrace that. It's like the perfect tool.
